Today is a very tiny post because I have to use my blog time to pick out a colorful piece of poster board — and write my MdS training plan on it with colorful markers.  I’ll also probably need to buy some sparkly stickers.  Take that Training Peaks.

In the meantime, who looks like they’re working harder in the 1 mile Bandera kids race?  And yes, those are New Balance XS women’s shorts Asa is wearing.  Poor kid.
