Grapevining and sloth sleep masks

There was a woman grape-vining up and down the stair climber in front of my treadmill today.  It was mesmerizing.  And impressive.  I would have toppled off the machine at the first foot crossover.  Every now and again she’d add a backwards kick.  I spent a lot of time trying to figure out what she was training for.  Mountain dancer?
