100-mile Rest Days 170/365

LizaLiza

I got up at 3:30 this morning to make it to the San Francisco airport in time for my 6am flight.

I stood in line like a zombie, slept restlessly between there and Phoenix and then San Antonio, took a Lyft to the house, hopped in the minivan and drove 20 minutes to pick up Asa and Ruby at a friend’s house. I got there at 1:40pm. And then the day started in earnest.

I had too much work from Job 2 to do when the kids bedtime rolled around. And I was a zombie anyway. But I felt like I put in some good Miles 75-95 training for my next 100. 100 milers = Parents’ Rest Days.

What’s making me happy:
