This is where I’m teaching on the Marin Headlands. Not bad, eh? But this is how I feel after getting in at midnight (2am Central) and teaching from 7a to 8p. What’s making me happy: Running: 0 My training log: ZERO Got to SF at midnight, taught from 7am until 8pm. TOAST. Zombie toast.
