This is my good friend Jake.
He helped me teach the Problem-solving Common Trail Racing Problems class at Trail Camp. His part was “Hapless Runner” and mine was “Knowledgeable Aid Station Volunteer.” Here Jake is dealing with some chaffing. Sadly, no one captured Jake’s heat exhaustion treatment. (Jake is a very very good friend and educator. ;))
I’m waiting for the plumber and electrician today and then Ruby and I are going to do a 4-mile baby jogger loop around the neighborhood. WooHoo!
