Chicken wing arms 241/365

Arrrrgh! I cannot escape the chicken wing arm picture!! This postcard was in the mailbox.

I don’t even have Ruby-lifting arm muscles anymore. Siiiiiiiigh. I guess I should be grateful I hadn’t spilled chocolate gel down my shorts. More blogging after I lift heavy things multiple times.

What’s making me happy: When you find a Sandra Boynton cartoon that’s perfect for the anniversary card you’re making. (Eliot would be the elephant in this picture.)

Running: 80 min easy plus 4 x 30 second hills

Your arms look muscularly defined, not chicken wing-y at all.

I wonder what the caption will be for the cartoon….just found an old box game of New Yorker cartoon captioning. I’m not enthralled with the game idea, but pondering removing the cartoons and taking them to work for a “caption this!” kind of thing.

I clicked on this because I’m hungry, but since I’m here… triceps are used during arm extension, i.e. push-ups. Otherwise, they should be relaxed, as in this photo ; )

Thanks, Jeff! Sorry to disappoint with the lack of actual food talk. Will work on that at least. 🙂
