A lot of people love Brian.

We all descended on Telluride to meet him at mile 28. I was in charge of feet. His feet didn’t need me, so I mostly took pictures and kept Ruby from getting in the way. She’s standing in front of Brian in this picture trying to show him the copper bracelet I bought her at a farmer’s market.

I’d write about the whole Hardrock crewing scene, but all I really saw was the playground scene in Telluride and Ouray before I started pacing. Ruby made a bunch of best friends, and Asa almost said hi to Mike Wardian’s boys. Almost.

I’m writing an article about altitude illness for irunfar and looking for inspiration today.

What’s making me happy:

Running: Just crewing at Hardrock.
