One of the people who commented on the altitude article cited Wikipedia at me. I was almost entirely overcome by potential snarky responses. But I held it together, and I even told Eliot not to defend me with clever snarkiness. If I hadn’t wanted to support a safe environment for questions and comments, I definitely would have changed the Wikipedia entry and recited it at him.

What’s making me happy: My sister’s retweet.

Running: 20.6 miles easy/mod (20 x 2 min at 1-hour effort/2 min easy).
