Mild heat exhaustion 190/365

The weather is sunny and fine today here at Oracle State Park north of Tucson. And I’m pooped. Pooooooped. Let’s call it heat exhaustion from cumulative time in the heat over the past seven days. I’m actually supposed to write about heat exhaustion for my next installment for irunfar, but I’m too (mildly) heat exhausted to string (mildly) amusing and instructive sentences together.

The ranger here at the park is retiring today, and I managed to get him a nice card before class and have all the students sign it. It felt like an impressive feat of being on top of things … buying a card for a near stranger and having other near strangers sign it. But you all know better than to think I’m on top of anything besides coffee drinking.

What’s making me happy:

Running: 54 minutes easy
