Bug Painting 189/365

I’m teaching north of Tucson at Oracle State Park today.

But it doesn’t look like that today. It’s raining and chilly. It’s hard to believe, but it’s so welcome after last week’s heat and humidity in Nacogdoches. I’ve actually got my puffy jacket on. (I packed it to demonstrate an improvised cervical collar – and because planes are cold.)

What’s making me happy: This giant mesquite bug was wandering around our scenario site. He looks like somebody’s craft project. Bug Painting!

Running: 90 min easy
