Winter Storm 38/365Liza
So it’s a good 30 degrees colder this morning than it was at the MLK march yesterday. There’s freezing rain, so school is closed for the kids and for the husband. My revised plan for the day includes staying in pajamas and drinking my body weight in hot chocolate. So far, so good. I’ll try to rally the family to clean the garage when it gets warmer — and maybe I’ll vacuum up some cat hair. We’ll see. I don’t want to set the bar too high. And the lights keep flickering. Today will be less fun, if the power goes out. At least we’ll be able to put all the East German feather comforters that I’ve had since the 80s to use.
