Hills for Mogollon and a donut lament

LizaLiza

I just got back from 10 hill repeats here.

It’s not as scenic as it looks — and I’m probably growing some sort of tumor due to the EMF pollution now.  I’d planned to do 20 repeats, but the heat and humidity squashed me, and I was forced to retreat to the garage treadmill.  It was more shaded — and maybe more scenic.
Remind me not to sign up for back-to-back 100-milers in future.  There’s too little time to eat donuts and just run for the joy of it when races are close like this.  Grumble.

Okay, I’ve got eight minutes to shower, dress, and get Ruby from the sitter, so I’ll leave you with a picture of baby feet to start your weekend off right.
