XS Ladies

XS-sized running ladies, is this part of your pre-race ritual?

Dear T-shirt Company,

Thank you for supporting Team Red, White & Blue.  They are doing such good work helping returning veterans and their families and I could not be more proud to support  their mission by wearing this shirt at the Rocky Raccoon 100 on Saturday.  But I do not think XS means what you think it means.

Sincerely,

Untalented XS Seamstress

Let’s just say I might look like I’m celebrating the 80s as much as my birthday this race.  (Because when you trim the sleeves the armpits are huge!)  Eliot tried to console me with: “Pat Benatar was hot.”  I gave him an XS glare.

This note from Asa’s teacher took my mind off things.

Witch brings me to the realization that I have an hour to get everything packed up and in the car before we head to Hunts-vegas.  Talk to you on Sunday!  Tweets until then.

is she calling Asa a witch?… I agree with the XS gripe. Short people have a voice- unite!

    Don’t forget the witches!

  • Andy

    Which witch is which?

  • Karen Felicidario

And therein lies the reason I homeschool…LOL!

  • Karen Felicidario

Meant to add, I am looking forward to seeing you at Rocky!!

  • Katgolando

I am sure I have made that kind of mistake before on parent notes.

  • Dawn

Love your blog!  Have a great race!  Dawn in Florida

    • Lizajanep

      Thanks Dawn!!

  • Lizajanep

You don’t see the Wicked Witch from the Wizard of Oz when you write “witch?”

    • Katgolando

I am more likely to use “to” when I should use “too.”

  • Domingo

    Flash dance look is flattering.
