Hello! I am alive — just running my brains out on the treadmill to get my last big miles in before Javelina. I’ll write an epistle, a tome, (a half-way worth reading post anyway) as soon as I’m off that evil machine. Evil.

Missed ya today! G.C. was relaxing and mostly uneventful, which is a good thing I think. This is going to be one anxiety-filled week.
I missed you all very much too. And that’s not just the Treadmill PTSD talking. You are going to have a great run out there Tim. We’ll have to talk you down from doing another 50 miles after you finish. :) But what’s up with 86 degrees today?
