Dogs in your pants

LizaLiza

Here is my fire building success last weekend.  I have not built all that many fires in my life, so I was pretty pleased with myself and the warm room.  My self-satisfaction lasted most of the morning.  Doesn’t take much.

I’m still pretty full of phlegm today, so I’m going to turn in early — earlier than my usual granny bedtime — and try to sleep the phlegm away.  I almost lobbed Asa into his classroom this morning rather than expose myself to more of his little germ-factory classmates.  I’m never sick, so this whole stuffed head, runny nose, coughing adventure days before the Northface race is annoying — to say the least.  I had a friend in college who would stuff tissues up her nose and walk around like that when she got sick.  I’m hoping I won’t have to resort to that for the race, but it would make for some sweet pictures.

Eliot and Asa are running laps around the house and I just overheard Eliot say, “Show me how you would run if dogs were in your pants.”  Gotta check that out.  Hope you all are having a good Monday night.

Garlic, Ginger, and Cinnamon will fix you up. The Ginger and Garlic it’s RAW state of course. How do you eat it? Be creative 🙂
And run like you have cats in your pants on Saturday!
